Effective Date: October 12, 2025
Welcome to Your Authorized Rep. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and engagement in our authorized representation services for federal and state benefits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Your Authorized Rep. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of all Terms.
2. Scope of Service
- **Authorized Representation:** We provide assistance and representation for applying, appealing, and managing claims for specific federal and state benefits, including but not limited to Retirement, Disability, Medicare, SSI, CAPI, and IHSS.
- **No Guarantee of Outcome:** While we are highly effective and committed, we cannot guarantee the success of any application or appeal, as the final decision rests solely with the government agency or administrative law judge.
- **Consultation Required:** Engagement for formal representation services requires an initial consultation, specific documentation, and a signed fee agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your personal, financial, and medical history.
- Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information, financial status, or health condition.
- Cooperate fully with our representatives in securing necessary documents and attending appointments/hearings.
- Adhere to the terms of the separate fee agreement signed upon formal engagement.
4. Fees and Payment
Our services are generally structured as follows:
- **Consultation Fee:** A standard fee is charged for the initial consultation. This fee is non-refundable.
- **Contingency Fees:** For formal representation in benefit claims (e.g., SSDI, SSI), our fee is typically contingent upon a successful outcome and is paid only from the back-pay benefits you receive, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- **Fee Agreement:** Specific fee details will be outlined and agreed upon in a separate, written Fee Agreement before services begin.
5. Website Use Disclaimers
The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
- **No Attorney-Client Relationship:** Use of this website or initial contact does not create an attorney-client or authorized representative relationship. Such a relationship is only formed upon execution of a formal written agreement.
- **Accuracy:** While we strive to ensure the information is up-to-date, benefit laws and regulations change frequently, and we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the website content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Authorized Rep, its representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE HERE], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY, STATE HERE].
8. Changes to Terms
